Avery went from crawling and sitting up on his own at 4 1/2 months, to crawling really fast and pulling himself up onto things and standing on his own at 6 months......what the crap?? Just like Zaylin he may be walking at 8 months! I can hardly stay ahead of him getting into things already.
Alyda turned 5 in July and got her "bike" she always wanted and she started Kindergarten and is so excited to be going to school 5 days a week.....I will give it a year or two to change that feeling of school......maybe?
Zaylin is out and about on his own and I think I forget how old he really is because he is so indepnedent and willing to jump in the deep end of everything without hesitation.....and literally speaking he does just that when there is a pool around too. (with floaties on of course). But for having had no swimming lessons yet and maybe spent a total of a few hours in the pool is all from last year...he definitely has a backbone for it and is not afraid to get his head under the water. He also is very photogenic and loves to have his picture taken.
