"OH BOY"

I was asked over and over by so many people if this time I was going to wait to find out what we were having until the birth, and people even tried convincing me to wait.....but I am just one that figures either way it is always a huge surprise.  I love knowing as soon as we can, I start building a connection that helps me prepare for the road ahead, I start picturing the new additon that will be fitting into our family and it gets me SO excited. This time around Alyda came with us to the ultrasound just to be able to see if she was having a sister or ANOTHER brother.  I will have to admit she was a little shocked to find out that this little one was indeed another BOY, but of course it all played out and after watching him move around and play and suck his thumb over and over again (a first for my children) we all fell in love.  I have always had lively kids, they never seem to stop moving from day one and long after that, even the technician said after the whole day of seeing people and their babies being curled up in balls, it was nice to see one having some fun.  No doubt it was my child.  I love having been through this twice already, I have felt so aware of this little man, from very early on, even with a placenta that sits forward facing this time, he is just always tapping and reminding me that he is in there. My favorite part of pregnancy of course.  Alyda and I will be outnumbered for a bit....but we are all so happy to be adding to our family once again.
I have compared the profile picture with that of the other ones I have and although Alyda and Zaylin had a lot of similarities, this one compares to Alyda's ultrasound almost perfectly....so who knows but I guess my kids are just going to be quite similar in looks.
