October 2010/Halloween Fun
Well it took some thinking and help from others, and we have to thank Tia aka "Tiance" for the wonderful costume idea, and everyone loved it (bun in the oven, baker, and cupcake). Zach's and my costume was simple, but Alyda's took a little effort, but in the end she turned out adorable....
Here we are at our ward Trunk or Treat party, and she is doing the doughnut on a string game, cheating of course!
My efforts at adding to the food to different Halloween events we attended through the month.
Birthday cake
7 layer dip
We did a lot this october, we spent time up the canyon looking at the beautiful leaves, we had many party's that we attented, and if you have never been before, I recommend Black Island Farms up in Syracuse, where we took a hay ride to pick pumkins and checked out all the other fun games they had going on there in addition to corn mazes and haunted mazes....lots of fun.
I love this time of year, and although it has snowed once already (not ready for that yet), we are very excited to get into the holiday spirit.
