WARNING...(to Alayna this may contain some not so pretty thoughts of one of your least favorite things)
It started when Alyda came wandering into our room at 2 in the morning wedensday night, she does this once in awhile so I walked her back to bed and she climbed back in. As I was leaving her room I stepped in some wet stuff on the carpet and thought maybe she had spilled her water from her cup so I didn't turn on the light to check it and just went back to bed. At that same time Zach complained of his stomach feeling sick so he got up to use the bathroom and lay on the couch. Of course not even 15 minutes later Alyda was back out of her room but this time dry heaving an eventually spittiing up, not so much throw up, but gooey stuff, luckily in very small amounts. Since this was a new experience she would almost reswallow it because she didn't seem to grasp the idea of expelling it out. Since Zach was out of it as well I was holding her all night for her to wake up every 15-30 minutes to get this stuff out in a rag I was holding to her face, her lips were white and she could barely keep her eyes open, her poor little tiny body was so very tired and I too was exhausted. She took it so well though not crying at all but just talking and acting delirious the whole time, it was so sad but also kinda funny too. The following day I was taking care of both of them with only 2 hours of sleep on me, man what a day. I actually consider myself really lucky though because Alyda has never been sick up to this point and she took it so well. Now what was the cause you ask?
FOOD POISONING...from non other than a Wendy's frosty, yes that sounds weird but we can't come up with anything else, it was the only thing I didn't eat and Zach shared a few bites with Alyda so we pin pointed it to that. We won't be doing that anytime soon again. I cleaned up the floor by her door where apperently she had had her first experience with throwing up and other that I had to wash a few rags that I used to keep the situation contained. Zach and her are doing allot better.

First of all AWESOME that she has gone so long without being sick!!!! Secondly, soooooo sad! I hate seeing little kids sick. Their little tiny bodies shaking and stuff. Breaks my heart.
Hope you are getting some much needed rest.
Sick! Don't worry, I don't mind hearing about vom. Had I actually been there it may have been a different story. Sorry to hear about the Frosty poisoning. Glad that everyone is doing better. I will stay away from Frostys fo sho'...
So sad! We got food poisoning too, but from canned peaches! That is the only thing we could pin point that Kevin and I both had, but the boys didn't. I HATE food poisoning! I hope you guys are all doing better!!
I am so sorry to hear they were sick. I love that she didn't cry she is so dang cute! We miss her and you guys of course. If you still want we should do something this week. We are busy on the weekend but could plan something during the week:)
